Description

The municipality of Dachsberg was formed in 1971 from the previously independent municipalities of Urberg, Wittenschwand, Wolpadingen, and Wilfingen. It is situated on the south-facing plateau of the Hotzenwald, offering beautiful views across the High Rhine toward the Swiss Alps.

The area is characterized by a largely unspoiled landscape featuring traditional Black Forest farmhouses and small hamlets scattered across the plateau. Dachsberg offers a peaceful, nature-oriented retreat amidst a quintessential Black Forest setting.
