Description
Rottweil is located on the Neckar at the eastern edge of the Black Forest. The Rottweil Carnival is one of the oldest of the Swabian-Alemannic 'Fasnet' and is steeped in tradition.
In 2017, the TK Elevator test tower was opened in Rottweil, with Germany's highest publicly accessible viewing platform at a height of 232 meters.
