Youth teams of well-known clubs take part in the international U19 football tournament in
Oberndorf each year (beginning of August). Regular visitors include VfB Stuttgart and SC Freiburg, and Aston Villa and even FC Barcelona provide the international flair. Many stars of today have taken part in this tournament at the beginning of their careers.
