Description

Königsfeld is one of the few places in Germany to hold the official designations of both a "Climatic Health Resort" and a "Kneipp Health Resort." Extensive spa grounds, medical facilities, and a dedicated spa and therapy center complement the area's natural assets.

The gently rolling landscape on the eastern edge of the Black Forest offers numerous opportunities to enjoy nature through walking, hiking, or cycling—whether on a standard bike or a mountain bike. A special attraction in Königsfeld is the Albert Schweitzer House; once the home of the "Jungle Doctor" and his family, it now serves as a museum dedicated to his life and work.
