Description
Höfen an der Enz—the "Pearl of the Enz Valley"—is a tranquil municipality in the Northern Black Forest, serving as an ideal starting point for hikes and cycling tours through the Enz Valley. Surrounded by wooded slopes, the village is distinguished by its location right on the Enz River and its connections to the regional rail network (the Enztalbahn) and various cycle paths. The famous and popular Enz Valley Cycle Path runs through the village and continues all the way to the Neckar Valley.
Far removed from mass tourism, the village offers, above all, nature experiences, local cuisine, and relaxation within the immediately adjacent Central/North Black Forest Nature Park.
