Description

Bad Rippoldsau-Schapbach is situated in the wildly romantic Wolf Valley in the northern Black Forest. Rugged, unspoiled landscapes featuring numerous natural landmarks—such as the Glaswaldsee lake, the Kastelstein rock formation, and the Burgbach Waterfall—make for rewarding destinations for nature lovers.

Since 2010, the "Alternative Wolf and Bear Park" has served as another attraction, offering a new home primarily to animals rescued from poor living conditions. Naturally, it is also designed for visitors, who can observe the animals within spacious open-air enclosures.
